Rob Ruiz of the San Francisco Bay Area based roots rock band The Sorentinos received his Waterstone 12 string bass by UPS on the morning of March 10, 2006. The Sorentinos have opened concerts for over 50 major artists, including Bob Dylan, Chris Issak, Dwight Yoakum, Jeff Beck, Huey Lewis, and Peter Frampton.
