Pam Moore
Pam Moore plays her silver sparkle Waterstone 12-string bass and blue sparkle ME-2 bass for all-female Cheap Trick tribute band, Cheap Chick. As her Tom Petersson-like alter-ego, Pam Cheatersson, she's played clubs, festivals, casinos and concerts across the USA as well as in Japan. Cheap Chick have been on CBS and NBC news as well as performers on cable's Q Television network. They've had feature articles in Spin Magazine, Drum!, Los Angeles Magazine and have been written up on Reuters newswire, CNN, The National Enquirer and numerous regional news outlets. A short-subject documentary on Cheap Chick was shot in 2005 with a full-length feature slated to begin in 2006. Before Cheap Chick, Pam founded indie surf instro band, The Bomboras, and all-female surf-garage-pop punk trio, The Neptunas. In addition, she currently plays bass with Los Angeles' all-female alt.country combo, Dime Box Band and plays clawhammer banjo on the side for everyone's amusement and/or annoyance.
